Don't think so. It will definitely be higher than $47.. You won't get the stuff that comes with the retail package if you purchase from steam

For a moment when i saw the 10% discount i thought that it will be cheaper!To me steam price is quite ex as compared to retail price here.If got huge discount, then its worth buying at steam.
