ok. i thinking next tournmanet i ask mango and airconman team. dhal quite useless. you long hands seth also long hands but u knockdown u die. seth knockdown got srk. + u captain of all pilots. sibeh dangerous lah

number 1 thing i will ask, why u wana use ibuki?
If its because u feel shes imba, i think u should try some other characters thats more manageable.

Im not trying to discourage u from using ibuki but honestly ibuki's defense is terrible and she can suck big time fighting a good tower if your opponent is good at defense and anti airs.
You can only be left with your zoning skills which is a basic necessity in fighting games.

Just an example of matchup which i feel is tough but can be easy.

E.honda has good and is not easy for ibuki to get in because of his standing hp and c.hk
his ex headbutt serves as a very good anti air + possible escape option also doing big damage + pushing ibuki into corner. Once we score a knockdown, the game will be in our favour.

Dhal is also another matchup i feel its easy yet hard. generally, ibuki will be having a very hard time getting into a dhal that knows how to defend and escape. The damage done to us before we get in can be very high but of course once we get in, its a different ball game again.

Next thing is, do u think u can be focus enough to get into your opponent with fast mixups and high damage? Mashing uppercut from opponent is one thing we fear as well because our link combos have low stun and once we miss the timing we can be punished.
Ryu and Sagat SRK will treat us to a big amount of damage on counterhit since we missed the timing.
Definately u will be very or rather extremely frustrated.

her main pro is her damage output she can churn out and on untechable knockdown she has mixups and the so called vortex BUT there are still escape options for them.

Bison has the ex psycho crusher which i seriously hate the most because honestly i dont use OS and fighting a bad ass bison like sherminator (SUCKER BISON) who also has a good defense with good tech slams.

To add on, the vortex can be ultraed if the jump is wrong, the kunai timing is wrong.

If after all this and you still wan to learn ibuki, let me know. i dont mind to teach u but i dont play at home. The only time i play is when i meet the legendary pilot at nex on weekday evening if theres mood for sf or most fridays we play at either nex, ps or SOMETIMES bugis (i pilot alot ppl for bugis though LOL)

Anyway side note, i use ibuki because i like female char and i cant use charge char. so chunli is out. i wanted to learn cammy but shes not cute lol. C.viper is fugly so..........
im not used to sakura thats why nvr use haha.
I stucked with ibuki for a bit and almost gave up on her in super street fighter 4 before the arcade edition. I tried switching to all other char but i found ibuki's style most suitable for me. I think u should find a char that suits your style unless u really have fetish for a certain character, u can bring him/her to the next level.

since this thread has a street fighter in the title, I wondering anyone here would like to play endless battle in street fighter X tekken. I noticed no one acutally plays or create endless battle.
